I appreciated the fantastic location that made it easy for me to stroll to nearby parks and enjoy delightful meals at a few steps away, with clean and comfortable accommodations making my stay even more enjoyable. it's perfect for those weekend getaways when you want to explore all that the city has to offer.

my stay at the dillwyn arms was pleasant! i was warmly welcomed by a young lady who was extremely helpful. the location was great, making it easy to explore the area. the double room was nice enough, and i appreciated how kind the staff was throughout my stay.

i would have liked a bit more clarity about the hotel's main door hours.

Great stay with clean room, but plumbing noise was quite annoying.

Consider requesting extra hooks in your room for hanging towels and toiletries. it enhances convenience significantly.

Good location and decent breakfast

I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveler. The location was spot on for me. Breakfast was simply awesome! One lady at the front desk was super friendly, but initially, staff seemed a bit off. Dinner was great too, but I felt the atmosphere could use a bit more warmth.

I had a fantastic stay with a delicious full English breakfast that fueled my day and excellent curry buffet for dinner, all at a great price. I loved the cozy atmosphere and cleanliness, making it a comfortable retreat worth revisiting!

I had a lovely stay for 2 nights in a clean and comfortable room, perfect for exploring beautiful Wales. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help when I had an issue with the TV. The only downside was that parking was a bit tight, which could be improved.

The décor is charming and welcoming, much like stepping into a cozy family member's home. The spacious layout makes it easy to navigate, ensuring we felt comfortable moving around without feeling cramped.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

The Dillwyn Arms has a delightful snack menu that makes for the perfect late-night treat. Their breakfast is a proper Swansea feast, setting you up for the day ahead. Plus, the lovely location and friendly staff are bonus gems!

Had a bit of a faff with the heating and cleanliness, but it didn't dim the overall charm of the place. A bit of TLC here and there would take the experience from good to great!

Had a nice comfy bed and the room was clean, which was a plus. The drinks tray was a thoughtful touch, and I appreciated having some washing stuff available. But honestly, for the price, it exceeded my expectations!
